solar panels

We`re watching our money during the credit crunch and I know that plenty of other people are in the same position. Cutbacks have been made in all areas of the home and one area that we`re keen to focus on next is our utility bills. Our home seems to suffer from high utility bills so we are always ready to embrace any new concepts that could save us a bit of money. One idea that I have been researching lately is the principle of %%keyword%% . Quite a few homes in the UK are now harnessing the power of the sun with the %%keyword%% and then utilising this power to heat up their domestic hot water. Panels can be fitted to the roof of the home and they trap the sunlight that shines upon them. The energy from the sunlight is then absorbed by a copper tube filled with ethylene glycol. This pipe becomes hot and this heat is passed though a coil in a cylinder which in turn heats up the water that`s contained inside the cylinder. Hey presto, the water can then be used for washing up dirty dishes or for bathing purposes. It`s quite astounding to think that the %%keyword%% can provide many houses with free hot water; I just wish that ours was one of them.
