My friend works for a company which undertakes
Vehicle Delivery for large companies who require fleets of cars and vans. Often the
Vehicle Delivery can encompass an enormous amount of vehicles and has to be done in stages. Although she does not undertake the actual
Vehicle Delivery herself, she is in touch with all aspects of the job from the first phone call from a client to the time when all of their vehicles are delivered to their place of business. Since she is so in touch with all areas of the business, her bosses rely on her knowledge a lot and she often finds that she is running the whole proceedings when they are otherwise engaged. Although a lot of people would find this daunting, my friend sees it as a real challenge which she relishes. She has always been the type of person not to be satisfied with doing the minimum and has always pushed herself as hard as she can in every area of her life. I really admire her tenacity and wish that I could be more like her. However, I know my limitations and realise that I am just not that type of person.
