I work in the kitchens of a very popular restaurant in the city centre of Manchester and recently the owners decided to change all of the
Catering Equipment to update it to a more modern design. I must say that this has made the world of difference to my job. Previously, the
Catering Equipment that they had was really old fashioned and quite difficult to use and clean and it would take me a very long time at the end of a service to make the kitchen look spic and span as it was supposed to. Now, however, it is a very different story indeed. The new
Catering Equipment has made my life so much easier. What used to take ages to operate and clean is now done at the push of a button and I am left free to do more important jobs that constantly need doing but used to be left because there was not enough time. The oven even has its own self clean mode which I can put on at the end of a service and just leave it to get on with cleaning itself. It is absolutely wonderful and has made my enjoyment of my job much more complete.
